Her proficiency across various technical platforms and operational frameworks further enhances her ability to drive innovation and sustainable growth.

Heather is a highly accomplished and compassionate healthcare professional with an extensive background in healthcare management and clinical operations. As the Executive Vice President of Operations, she seamlessly integrates her strategic leadership skills with a profound understanding of healthcare systems to drive operational excellence. With a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services Case Management and an Associate’s degree in Business Management, Heather offers a unique blend of clinical insight and business acumen. She is a licensed Certified Professional Coder (CPC) since 2018, demonstrating mastery in medical coding across a variety of specialties, including Behavioral Health, Oncology, Orthopedics, Physical/Occupational/Speech Therapy, Podiatry, Pain Management, Periodontist, and EMS. Renowned for her conscientious and altruistic nature, Heather is deeply committed to advancing healthcare delivery by optimizing processes that benefit both patients and providers. Her exceptional ability to navigate complex healthcare landscapes, combined with a compassionate approach to problem-solving, makes her an invaluable asset to her team and organization.
